Not for Families Seeking Comfort
The only good thing about this hotel was they allowed our pets. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended, because the place reeked of smoke and we were forced to wash our clothes daily.
It wasn’t cheap but still far from being acceptable.

great city strolls near parks and delicious eats
During my stay, I appreciated the hotel's convenient access to Webster Lake, which is only a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and I loved that there were some great dining options, like Sushi North, just a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to grab a bite after a long day of exploring the city. while my stay was enjoyable, I did notice that the breakfast could use some improvement with more variety.

Interactions with the friendly staff at the front desk made check-in pleasant. However, the lack of a refrigerator and microwave, alongside the absence of basic housekeeping services, detracted from the overall comfort of our five-day stay. The general upkeep of the property and the poor state of the pet area were also disappointing, reflecting an urgent need for maintenance.

The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I found the room to be clean but dated, and the breakfast selection was limited. A little more attention to details, like room maintenance, would enhance the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on 21 Maycleanliness issues
Unfortunately, issues marred the experience. Initially, the shower faucet ran non-stop, leading to an inconvenient switch to another room that had troubling signs of what appeared to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The transition between rooms proved to be poorly executed. upon returning after a day out, I found myself locked out because the front desk didn't properly update my key cards. The overall condition of the property felt run down, and cleanliness certainly left much to be desired. It felt like it needed a serious overhaul.

If you’re hitting up Sushi North, those rolls are fire! Plus, getting your Mediterranean fix at Taziki's is totally worth it! On a service note, the breakfast was decent, and staff was quick to respond to my blanket request—not too shabby!
But let’s keep it real, the noise level? Everyone seems to be partaking in a midnight karaoke act—and the housekeepers? Yeah, they need to keep the chit-chat to a minimum during breakfast.

The room was spacious, which I loved. It had a cozy vibe and was well-stocked with essentials, making it pretty comfortable. The bed felt great for a good night's rest. But, there was a dirty sock between the sheets, which was a bummer. The overall cleanliness didn't feel top-notch at all, so I was a bit disappointed with that.
